I pulled into the 7-11 late Monday night to get some gas and of course a red bull, standing in line there was an old chubby man resembling the whole 'truck driver' look. The clerk was old and chubby himself, my guess would be late 50's or so. So there I am waiting patiently as the man buys his ciggerattes and asks for a book of matches. The old cashier punches in the price to the cash machine and the draw rolls out. The draw opened aprubtly and hit him in his beer gut.

"Ouch!" Said the 7-11 Clerk.

"That's what she said!" The old truck driver replied.

"Ha ha! If only that were true." The clerk finished, handing the man his matches.

I tried to keep a straight face as I paid for my gas and red bull, as soon as I got into my truck I burst out laughing.


...In other news I dropped my parents off at the airport this morning. They're going to the superbowl. For the second year in a row, with out me. Jerks.



The chica friend is in Australia now. I need valentines day ideas for her. Go ahead and post freely, she doesn't read this site.

She gave me a card that says do not open till Feb 14th. Well we all know that this is a moral dillema. Do I open it and act surprised when she calls? Or should I just wait. The card is in a red envelope which makes things worse, because its bright and staring me in the face and yelling 'open me! open me!' I really don't see any drawbacks to opening it now, except for the fact that I'm not supposed to.


In other news,
All my other friends are in college some where or not here. Which leaves me with a big empty house for the weekend and no friends to watch the superbowl with. So I mean if anyone has any plans for Sunday... and lives in the NH or surronding areas, I've got a big empty house.. and no one to share it with.. or maybe if you're having a party or something.. you could.. I don't know.. maybe if you have room for one more person throw me an invitation.. if you wanted to.. but... I guess I could stay here... and watch... alone.. in my empty house...
