Wisdom and Patience..

I pray for these two things daily. God answers most of my prayers, in fact he answers them all. I've got a lot of good stories if you're interested. But anyways, he's yet to show me any guidance on these two virtues, wisdom and patience. I think my flaw here is praying for both. Maybe if I prayed just for patience he would grant me that, or maybe just wisdom, I think He would certainly grant me that. But I'm greedy, I want both. Maybe I should pray just for contentment.

See, since I'm praying for patience I think God is withholding wisdom from me. God is pretty tricky, think about it, obviously if I had any form of wisdom I wouldn't be a 21 year old fry cook living with my parents. But if I had any form of patience I wouldn't be complaining that I'm a 21 year old fry cook living with my parents. It's a paradox. Now the question is will God ever answer this prayer? If he does will I be wise enough to realize it? Or maybe I'm not being patient enough by questioning if he'll ever answer. Or maybe wisdom will come through patience, but then how do I know if I'm making a wise choice, or just being impatient? hmmmmm!
