The intro to my paper on Library orientation, my first college paper:

It was a quiet Wednesday afternoon. After just waking from my nap, it was time for class. Today however, I was a little disappointed because instead of being able to listen to the brilliant, well talented, intriguing speaker, Dr. Gupton, I had to go the library. The trip to the library however, was not at all as bad or as boring as I thought it would have been. I was quite impressed with Mr. Hale, as he shattered all my presumptions of librarians, usually library orientations are pretty boring. Mr. Hale made this one somewhat interesting. (Not as interesting as say a lecture by Dr. Gupton of course!)
