Well here I am. In Tennessee. And I have yet to have one bad comment since I got here. The people are extremely nice (even outside the college) My dad and I were handed free tickets to go see ripley's haunted house, which is like a 35 dollar value, because this guy's daughter was too scared, so he just gave us the tickets randomly. It was super weird and cool because no one would do that in new england. The college is beautiful. My room mate is super cool. Our dorm room is decked out. 3 phones, 2 fridges, a 19 inch sony triniton, 2 computers, 4 dvd players, a micro wave... our own bathroom and shower..... geez. Super cool. I've met about 50 new people today. But only remember about ten names. The trip down was easy. I slept most of the way, only drove about 2 hours, my dad did the rest. College is definatley cool. However classes haven't started yet so that might change ;)


However, (time to get mushy) As much as I enjoy it down here. I don't think anything can fill the void that is the New Hampshire gang. It's going to be hard finding a friend as close as Nick, or a friend how can make everyone smile like pete. Or a friend that i have to cart around every day like Shaun. .... yeah.....Shaun.... I think the realization that I'm not going to see you guys for another few months still hasn't hit me yet. I mean who else is going to take me to taco bell and pile in a back of a truck and order 40 dollars worth of tacos? And we don't have a designated "Nick's house" down here where i can just go when I'm bored. We have a billiard table, but it's not going to be the same with out nick walking his crotch into a cue stick.... (funny story) And nick, I wish our goodbye could have been different. but honestly in the most non gay manner ever, I probably would've cried if it was.... (not gay)
