Yep, I'm home. Finally. It feels good to have my computer back at my desk and it feels good to sit in my crappy chair again. I guess I'll start off with my new years eve story.

It all started on new years eve. I had to work. It was busy, surprisignly. I couldn't wait to get out because of course I was going to go party. I met this girl, Erin Kelly, she went to bickfords with some of us dorkfest goers and she invited me to her new years eve party. Cool. Well I didn't know how to get to her house, so I worked out a plan that I'd call Shaun after I get out of work and he would come pick me up and from there we would go to Erin Kelly's house. great. So I get out of work, hop in the shower and give Shaun a call. The phone rings. and rings....and then rings some more. Great. Now I don't know how to get to Erin Kelly's house and I don't know where Shaun is. So then I call Nick and of course he is sleeping so I call him again and again until he wakes up. Then He tells me he doesn't really know where Erin Kelly lives either and that he's bored and is trying to get a hold of Shaun too. Well it's right around 9:30 now and I certainly don't want to spend new year's eve by myself so I decide to go to the Pouliot's house.

I arrive at Kristen's house to see people leaving. You know it's a dull party if people are leaving before midnight. Anyways, I went inside and downstairs there was all of 5 whole people. Kristen was in hyper-crack mode mostly because I think she was trying to impress some punk kid who thought he was too bad ass for everyone at the party. . No one was really doing anything at Kristen's house. We played a very sad round of catch phrase when some genius came up with the idea of "Let's go driving" .........Yep thats how I wanted to spend my New years eve, driving around Merrimack all night. Thats when I decided to head to Nick's house.

I pulled into Nick's drive way and knocked on the door about 50 times, his parents were showing off their awesome dvd sound system so no one could hear me. Finally Nick came to the door and let me in. We discussed what we should do. We decided to go look for Erin Kelly's house. So we took off in my truck and searched around trying to find her house and occasionally calling shaun's house. Finally we caught a break and Shaun's brother answered the phone. He told us he was at Marrisa's house. So we drove to Marrisa's house looking for him. We didn't quite know what house she was but we knew what road she lived on. We saw a bunch of cars near this one house but none with arizona plates. I did see Chris's truck. But I didn't want to go in if Chris was the only person I know. So Nick and I decided not to crash Marrisa's party and we decide to head back to Kristen's party.

We drive from Reeds Ferry (where Marrisa lives) back to Kristen's house. Before we could get there, however, my cell phone rings. Guess who it is. Shaun.

"Where the hell are you?"

"I'm about to go to Pouliot's party because you didn't wait for me, oh by the way I hate you"

"Ugh I told you to call me at 8"

"I told you I don't get out of work until 9"

"Whatever, Meet me at the kiosk at MHS"

So Nick and I once again turn around and head to MHS. There we wait. And we wait some more. And some more. it's 11:15 now. Shaun isn't in sight. So finally we call back the number that Shaun called us on. It was Chris's cell phone. So of course Chris answers.

"Chris, where is Shaun?"

"He is sitting right here, why?"

"Put him on the phone RIGHT NOW!"

"Ok...hold on.."

The phone stays off the hook for about 3 minutes.....Chris comes back on.

"I can't find him."

Nick rolls his eyes.

"He was just sitting right next to you!"

"Uh, he must've left to go get you guys..."

"Whatever...."

So Nick and I decide to do doughnuts in the school parking lot. Finally Shaun pulled up and we yell at each other and tell each other how much we hate each other and try to determine who is at fault. We call it even. Because it turns out Shaun left a text message on my phone of Erin Kelly's # that I never saw. But he was also supposed to wait for me to get out of work before he left. So we both called each other on it and finally headed to Erin Kelly's party. Finally we got there. 11:45. Just in time. All in all the party was great. We had a lot of root beer and sparkling cider, we all played pictionary which got very intense it was really fun. Then we made fun of limp bizkit for an hour. They had a turn table with about a bizillion records which was cool. Peter and some other kid kept fooling around with the speeds of the records making fast songs slow etc, that got pretty funny until it wasn't anymore. Then around 3 I decided to go home. All in all it was a great night. Except for the part where I spent most of my new years driving around...but I'm home now. and back to putting stuff on my website. thank you.
