Nick got a X-box for his birthday. So around 8ish I head on over to Nick's house to play some X-box maybe get a little pizza. We start playing this game called Halo, it's a first person shooter and you can do co-operative mode on it so thats what we did. We shot some bad guys, killed some aliens, blew each other up a few times and so forth. Around 2:15am we decided to call it a night. I got in my truck and headed home. We sat in his living room for six hours straight just playing a video game. I mean I had fun....a few times I was laughing so hard I couldn't see straight. (a couple of friendly fire incidents for those who are wondering) But while I was driving home I was thinking about something that was said to me last week. It's not like I'm hung up over it or anything so don't take this the wrong way. (although I still think an apology is due) But this is what I was thinking: What qualifies one as having a life? Is it someone who goes out and parties every weekend? Or is it someone who is pursuing a career of some sort, or a life long goal or something of that matter? In other words when can you tell your friends that you have a life?
