Alright, it's time for me to tell another story of my experiences in Germany. So earlier this month, I was given the opportunity to go snowboarding with some people. I found out that I'm not good at snowboarding. We had the keys to the shop's van though, so we took it. That's not stealing, is it? We drive it all the time, but this time it was for personal stuff, and not army junk. So, six of us go snowboarding, if that's what they call falling down a really big mountain, and when we go back to work the next day, we all got in trouble. We had to go see the commander. The commander is not a person you want to see. Ever. If you see him, it means your life is over. I had to see him 4 times in one week because of this incident. First, we were threatened with 10 years of jail for the theft of an official government vehicle. Then, I was threatened with getting kicked out of the army ( I wouldn't have minded that one). After that, I was threatened with a reduction in pay, and rank. But finally, I was sentenced with corrective training. For the last two weeks, I have had to chip ice in full battle gear, which isn't really that light, I've swept out our shop about 20 times, I've cleaned trucks, waxed and moped floors, fixed trucks, and any and ever other waste of time that you could think of. As of today, it all came to an end though, and my corrective training is over. I don't understand though how anything that I had to do, taught me not to steal government vehicles. But it's all good, because I now have my life again. And my car goes fast.
