First Class treatment. Those are the words to describe my trip to florida. I'll take you through day by day. Upon arrival the international team immediatley took our luggage so we didn't have to carry anything. Next, we boarded a nice bus that took us to our hotel. We stayed at The Dolphin. For those of you who went to Florida last summer it was the one with the two big swans on both wings and the giant fountain in the middle. The going rate for The Dolphin/Swan is 475 dollars a night. After checking in and recieving our free 2 day park hopper passes, we proceeded to our rooms where our baggage had already arrived. After relaxing for a few, my dad and I took a stroll down to the disney boardwalk and then to downtown disney. Around 6pm we headed back for the International Diamond Club Supper. This was simply amazing. Outside the hotel they closed off all the pool area for us to have dinner. Bars were set up everywhere, abling a person to recive free drinks/beer/soda. The food was incredible. Buffet style. Steak, Chicken, Salad. you name it. A DJ was there who did a fairly decent job keeping the crowd entertained. They also had 3 charicature artists, where yours truly got himself drawn playing hackey sack. All for free. The next day my Father and I proceeded to MGM.

Now MGM has got to be the best park in disney. With attractions such as The Rockin' Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, Muppets 3d and Indiana Stunt show. After hitting all the main attractions we strolled on over to Epcot and enjoyed a good time there. Oh, and the longest we waited in line was 30 minutes for a new epcot ride. Most of the rides had little to no wait time. That evening for dinner the International Diamond Club rented out a portion of MGM. Now this was amazing. They took us in 22 busses over to MGM that night. And reserved for us was the part of the park where The Rockin Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror are. There was food EVERYWHERE. Mexican, Chinese, Seafood, Steak, Turkey. Different tables set up through that portion of the park for your dining pleasure. A live DJ was also there for dancing. Although I lost some respect for him when he played The Macarana. But since I could go ride tower of terror and rockin' roller coaster as many times as I wanted w/no waiting I hung out on those rides most of the night.

To top it off Disney put on a special show of Fantasmic for us. This show is AMAZING. it's an adventure through Mickey's imagination. The stage is on an island and it starts off with mickey directing the water. Water would shoot up according to the music. Then after some razzle dazzle a sheet of water shoots up and animation is projected on this constant flow of water. It is SO COOL. it's like watching a movie on a waterfall. Then the water would turn off and you could see the island again with all the characters and everything else. The show is finished by an array of fireworks. And of course the last firework to go off displays a huge International Logo in flaming sparks. Somebody obviously had been doing some serious butt kissing.

Now the next day my dad and I procedeed to animal kingdom. I don't recommend it for the teenagers but I had a great time none the less. After we went to this new thing called Disney Quest. Now you all know how much of a dork I am. This place was DORK HEAVEN. Free video games up to wazoo! Virtual reality sets, light sabers, racing arcades, virtual pirate ships, white water rafting, build your own roller coaster. I want dorkfest to go to disney quest some day! Then we had to go to dinner. The grand finale of our trip. The ballroom was filled with white tables which glowed various colors. Laser lights everywhere, free Bars wherever you turned. Buffets to the left and right. And then came the entertainment. Each act was seperated by some artsy crap which got kind of annoying, just a bunch of big purple cloths and "things" that moved to music. But the acts were so cool. Let's see if I can remember them all: A juggler who juggled 8 bike tire things he could do it with almost every part of his body, A balance act where a guy put about 8 Crystal cups on his nose then 4 candles, A guy who could spin shapes around his body really fast (lame) Followed by another balance act where a guy stood on about 8 pipes that rolled around as he was balancing. Then a girl who could bend in every position possible (insert nasty joke here) followed by two really buff guys who showed off their strength by lifting each other up by their head and other fancy stuff.

And that was the end of the night and the end of my trip. and no I didn't buy you anything.
